Rapidshare is a well known download site. The trouble with it is you get to download like a 100MB per few hours.
So here is how it works - Rapidshare checks client's IP when you try to start the dowload. So we downloaded something
and used up our download quota.

Solution is yet again to give RS the IP which hasn't reached the limit. So what I usually do is - rescan live servers
I got to get them "fresh" as possible. Then sort them by response times and start goin over them to see which one
has the RS limit unused. Usually takes 3-5 servers or so. In any case saves a lot of time.

That did the trick, another 100MB incoming.
